I never thought of Indians as gangsters. I associated their culture with smiling Buddhas and freshly-baked naan bread. But once I got to work on this remix of “Dum Maro Dum” by Asha Bhosle for the TV pilot “Indian Gangster,” I quickly realized they are less masala and more murder than I ever imagined.
